I know I seem to be doing a lot of whining about camper living and here’s just a little more. There are a few thing I wish I hadn’t put in storage… such as my kitchen towels, my acne treatment cream, my frying pan and large pot, kitchen utensils, etc. Well, the frying pan and pot are better off there because almost as soon as the burners on the stove are lit in the camper the smoke detector goes off. I have to hurry and turn on the fan in the range hood and use something to fan the smoke I can’t even see away from the smoke detector.
Yeah… camper living is so much fun! NOT!!

You should see my computer desk in this camper. It consists of 2 bar stools next to each other with my desk pad on the top of them. My lcd monitor is on top and the tower is on a chair behind the stools. When I want to type I put the keyboard in my lap and when I need to use the mouse (which is used on a cutting board with a mouse pad on it) I put that in my lap too.
It’s very cramped and space is limited and I can’t type for long because my back (between my shoulder blades) starts hurting and so do my shoulders. Then I need to take a break for awhile and sit and play a game that just uses the mouse because it’s a pain to keep switching between the keyboard and the mouse.
I really, really miss my computer desk. I hope it’s not lonely sitting in storage!

If you are looking for a good deal on travel packages either look online or go to a travel agency. Check out several to find the best deals. I’m sure there are plenty of agents sitting in front of their Viewsonic monitors just waiting to help you out.
I wish that my bosses, at work, would invest in some new monitors for the office. We have these huge old monitors that take up half my desk. Some nice flat panel monitors, like the one I have here at home, would be fantastic! But I sure won’t hold my breath on that one. After all… my desk is old.. my filing cabinets are old… my chair is old. They don’t get anything new unless it’s absolutely necessary.

I was reading an article about a guy who used strong shipping boxes to furnish his apartment. He even had a website showing the furniture but Fedex slapped him with a cease and desist order. I’ve give you the link but it looks as though he took everything down. He had made a bed, a corner desk with wall shelves, a table, two chairs and a couch.
He chose those boxes because of their strength but evidently Fedex thought the man was infringing on their copyright. I would have thought they would have loved the free advertising. Go figure!
