Drivers are so stupid sometimes. I saw on the news where cars were driving into flood waters and their cars died on them in the middle. Well.. duh!!! If you see water that looks deep.. don’t freakin’ drive though it.
They had to rescue this one woman from her car before the swift moving waters pushed her car away. They pulled her out of the car and got her safely to the water’s edge and put her down right into the water. It looks like she got her fancy clarks shoes ruined. She didn’t look real happy to have been put down in the water.
If she hadn’t been so stupid to drive though water totally covering the road she wouldn’t have gotten her pretty little shoes ruined. I say she got what she deserved.

I just can’t find a job to save my soul. There is just nothing out there. I’ve even tried doing a sales job search and nada, zip, zilch, nothing.
I send out resumes and either I don’t hear a thing.. ever, get called for an interview and hear nothing or get rejection emails without even so much as an interview. How can you reject someone without even talking to them? How would they know if I’m not right for their company without a face-to-face? It’s no wonder people get discouraged and depressed. Depression has become so common lately.

I went to the laundromat today. God how I hate going to that place. It’s not that it’s a bad place.. it’s that the people who go there can be so freakin’ rude sometimes.
I washed my clothes and took them out and put them in a basket/cart and rolled it over to the bank of dryers. I unloaded the wet clothes into a couple dryers and left my basket/cart in front of the 2 dryers I was using. This jerky guy came along and just moved my cart, which wasn’t empty… it had my laundry baskets in it. He moved it down to the end of the bank of dryers.
There was no good reason for him to touch my stuff so I got up from the chair I sitting on and went and retrieved my cart and put it right back where I had it. A few minutes later it looked like he was about to move it again but he looked at me first and must have thought better of it. I was about to get up and say something to him and he must have noticed that and just moved on to annoy someone else.

Boy mother nature sure has had her panties in a bunch a lot this winter. I don’t remember ever having as many nor’easters as we’ve had lately. It’s been pouring so hard it’s like mother nature turned on the faucets in her sinks full force and didn’t have the drain hooked up.
We had a really bad storm this weekend. The winds were so strong that trees fell all over the township. I saw 4 trees down in 1 yard this morning. Yesterday one of those trees was laying across Second Ave and I couldn’t get to Shoprite.
Someone needs to send mother nature some flowers or something and make her happy so she stops having hissy fits all over the place. Between all of the snow and rain we’ve had I’m so not liking mother nature right now!

I went to go to the laundromat this morning and as I was putting the clothes in the car I heard a loud sound of a helicopter nearby. I looked up and sure enough there was a helicopter just down at the corner flying just about treetop height. He turned and started flying over the street, headed in this direction. He then turned and fly right over the top of my brother-in-law’s house.
I figured he was gone and got in the car to leave. I backed out of the driveway and drove to the corner and made a right turn and the helicopter was back again and right overhead. The people driving the cars coming towards me were busy looking up at the ‘copter instead of paying attention to the road. I was hoping they had at least some cheap auto insurance because if they hit me they would have needed it!
I don’t know what that ‘copter was doing up there but it sure as heck was normal. Poor JoJo was probably scrambling around in the camper trying to find a place to hide from all that noise. Have you ever heard the sound of a ‘copter that close?? Lemme tell ya… it’s freakin’ loud!!
