I grind my teeth at night and clench my jaws together constantly during the day. I end up waking up in the morning and my teeth actually hurt. I was given the DenTek NightGuard to try out and do a review on. It’s a dental mouth guard that you have to mold to your mouth and teeth before you wear it for the 1st time. It’s similar to the guards the football players wear during a football game but is not made to be used that way or made for children to use.
It was easy to mold the nightguard to my mouth and teeth and it’s comfortable to wear at night. It did take a little getting used to since I’m not used to wearing something in my mouth at night.
I think I’ll keep using since I was told it’s quiet in the bedroom at night now so I guess it works. I do know my jaw and teeth don’t hurt quite as much in the morning now.
