What you wear on your feet can have a connection to aches and pains in your body. The shoes you wear can either cause aches and pains or get rid of them depending on the type of shoes. I saw an ad for MBT shoes.
These shoes are supposed to help improve your posture and relieve stress on your back and joints. A lot of your muscles are being exercised whether you are walking or just standing still while wearing these shoes. When you wear these shoes it’s like you are walking barefoot on a sandy beach or some other equally soft surface.

Radio controlled “toys” used to be thought of as something for kids. They really aren’t. There are enthusiasts who spend thousands of dollars on these “toys” and there are special events just to show them off. We had some reasonably priced ones for our boys when they were younger.
There are some upcoming events just for rc helicopters.
