Nursing homes can always use donations. Some good things to donate are: large print books, DVDs, audio cds, free audio books, etc. You need to remember that most of the residents are elderly, hard of hearing and some are sight impaired.
Be sure to contact the nursing home you want to donate things to first to make sure that 1.) They accept donations and 2.) What items are needed or can be used. I’m sure there are more things that you can donate other than what I mentioned. Remember our seniors… they can always use some help.
