My moms favorite food is Veal Parmesan. She would always order that if we went to a restaurant to eat. I remember in one restaurant we were all ordering and when it came to my mom she ordered “Veal Parmigiani“. The waitress started laughing so hard that she backed up into the bus boy which caused him to drop the tray of dirty plates he was carrying.

That caused such a mess. The waitress apologized, many times, to us, to the bus boy and most of all to her boss. Her boss sure didn’t look very happy. I almost swore I saw steam coming out of his ears. Luckily she didn’t lose her job… we saw her there after that.
