How?

» by User Imagecharlotte in: other

There is someone in this complex that has lived here at least as long as I have. Their car has California plates on it. I don’t understand how they can be driving legally in NJ with those plates. I know you have a certain amount of time to register your vehicle in this state after you move here. I know it’s not over 2 years. I wonder if they still have California auto insurance on it too.

How do people get away with stuff like this. I know if I moved to another state and I kept my NJ plates and insurance I’d be sure to get stopped and fined. I think I’ll just climb down off my soapbox now and be quiet.
