Everyone should have an auto safety kit in their car. Even if nothing ever happens to you someone else could need your help one day. You could come across an accident before the emergency vehicles get there or a friend needs a jump start for their battery.
A good kit contains: jumper cables, safety cutters for cutting a seatbelt in case of a crash (they do lock so someone may get trapped in a vehicle, in a crash, and be unable to get out), air compressor, flashlight, reflective triangles, gloves, rain coat, tools, duct tape, emergency whistle and first aid supplies. A GPS tracking device would be a good thing to have too.
Make your trip as safe as possible. If you come across an accident be sure to notify the authorities 1st, then try and help, if you can.

Baltimore, MD is located about 4 hours south of Southern New Jersey. There are plenty of things to do and see there. I especially love the Inner Harbor. I’ve been there a couple of times and really enjoyed it. The Inner Harbor has shopping, cruises on the harbor, The Maryland Science Center, the Baltimore Aquarium, water taxis, restaurants and plenty to keep you busy for at least one full day.
The Inner Harbor history goes back to the 1950’s. Read about it here.
Baltimore has quite a few museums and other places such as the American Visionary Art Museum, B & O Railroad Museum, Babe Ruth Museum, African American Heritage and Attractions Guide, Baltimore Maritime Museum, Maryland Zoo and they have good medical centers for such things as cancer and mesothelioma treatment centers.

I’ve been checking out some other travel sites trying to get some fresh ideas for this blog. I’m not having much luck. Some of the sites have fonts so small that you almost need low vision aids to read them. The font on this blog is almost in that category but not quite.
It never fails.. as I’m typing this I’m coming up with some ideas to post about. Isn’t that always the way? You complain and as soon as you’re done complaining the source of your complaint goes away! Well.. at least.. it seems to happen to me a lot. I guess I just don’t wait long enough before I start whining.

I really need to get away. I feel like I’ve been cooped up at home for way too long with the stresses and aggravation of daily living. I sit here and imagine I’m in the Bahamas or Caribbean. I really need to check out the prices of some cruises.
I’d love to be sitting on a deck chair under an umbrella and having some cute cruise person bringing me drinks and catering to my every whim. A girl can dream, can’t she? Of course, I’d have to bring hubby but he’d probably be in the cabin napping or he’d be somewhere where he could watch TV.
How cool would it be to do a post while sitting on deck, drinking some fruity, tropical drink and posting to my blog?
