sis and i are having some dance-exercise routine to slim down our waistlines. going on a vacation is a good motivation for getting fit.
I’ve never had much luck with diet pills. Exercise works best for me.
do diet pills really work? i tried them, yet i didn’t see that much of the difference. in my experience, the only way you’re losing weight visibly is if you give up any fattening food and sweets.
Diet pills curb the appetite so you don’t eat as much. I find exercise works better.
