Pre Vacation Weight Loss

Here are some things to do to get that “perfect body” for your vacation (if there is any such thing).

Check out sales on the top diet pills.

Join a gym.

Use your home fitness equipment regularly.

Take walks.

Eat sensibly.

And if all else fails wear clothes that camouflage those not so perfect areas.

    great list though i’m kinda wary about the diet pills. :smile: sis and i are having some dance-exercise routine to slim down our waistlines. going on a vacation is a good motivation for getting fit.

    do diet pills really work? i tried them, yet i didn’t see that much of the difference. in my experience, the only way you’re losing weight visibly is if you give up any fattening food and sweets.
