I’m getting closer to the summer body every day. I work out on my elliptical and yesterday I did almost an hour total on it. I was beginning to think I was going to need some Orovo to help me along. I’ve gone down from 153 to 136 as of the day before yesterday.
I just quit smoking Saturday night and am on my 2nd day of being smoke free. I haven’t had the munchies like everyone says you get when you quit. When I want to smoke I hop on the elliptical or I start cleaning. That’s what I’ve done all day today.
So if you want that summer body in time for summer get busy working out and cutting down on your calories. If you are dedicated to it you can do it.
