I was going to do a lot of posts yesterday. I had a lot of ideas running through my mind. But I decided to quit smoking Saturday night and I felt like I needed to check myself into drug rehabilitation yesterday. I was angry and crying alternately. I got over that late yesterday and today I feel almost normal, except for a craving here and there.
I’m using the patch and it’s helping. I just have to keep telling my mind… “no smoking!”.
