Kentucky is a beautiful state and is known as the Bluegrass State. It’s home to the Kentucky Derby and if you go don’t forget your Kentucky Derby Party Invitations. The Kentucky Derby is run in the beginning of May so now would be the time to plan a trip.

There are a lot of things to do and see. You can travel into the beautiful mountains, visit caves, lakes and rivers. There are 17 state resort parks and 24 state recreational parks. You can hike, bike, camp, golf, fish, boat, swim, picnic, and enjoy the great Kentucky hospitality.
