charlotteI’ve thought many times of moving to Texas. I did live there for a year and I’d love to go back. I was looking into Real Estate in Austin, TX which is about an hour from where Andi lives.
That website has searchable listings. You can see a picture and description of the homes for sale and get an idea of what you’d like to buy. They also have good tips for homebuyers. I’m adding this to my favorites.

Austin is a great city, I don’t much like the traffic now though. I would live outside of Austin if you have kids, it does not have a very good school district

Mandy: Yeah I know the traffic is horrible, but it is around any large city. I don’t have kids.. well school aged kids.. mine are all grown.

i would love to go to texas. a friend of mine is from there. we’re in ireland right now. but texas is definitely a place i wanna go some day.
