I’ve been talking about how I’ve been working out on my other blog. I’ve been at it about 2 weeks now - 15 to 25 minutes a day everyday and I’m noticing that my tummy is getting flatter and my jeans are getting looser. This beats using weight loss pills and I feel much better - except for today… I feel tired after my workout instead of invigorated. Now I’ll be all fit looking when hubby and I decide to go on vacation.
