charlotteSouthern NJ has lots of bays, inlets and of course the ocean. If you like to fish, clam, crab or get any other type of shellfish then you’ll love Southern NJ. My grandfather and uncle were clammers for many years. I remember, when I was little, watching them unload the clams they caught. Then they would wash them off with the garden hose. Sometime they got an oyster or two. But they never got enough to make a pearl necklace. One oyster they caught had a tiny little pearl in it. Me being a kid thought that was the most awesome thing in the world.
